He went to Boot Camp at Paris Island, SC then Camp LeJeune, Jacksonville, NC. He married Georgia Edgar December 20, 1965. He was predeceased by his wife Georgia in 2015, his parents Albert and Genevieve Perkins and two brothers Floyd Johnston and Peter Mattice Perkins. (Michelle) of Nokesville, Virginia, Jamie Perkins (Nicole) of Lacona, NY, Melissa Tolhurst (Richard) of Sandy Creek, NY, Tim Perkins (Carrie) of Pulaski, NY, 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. age 72 of Lacona passed away Monday at the VA Hospital in Syracuse, NY.īill is survived by his children William Perkins Jr.
